A few years ago, if you asked me what I wanted, my answer probably would’ve been simple: More deals. More growth. More success.

And for a long time, that’s what I chased.

I poured everything into building my business. Early mornings, late nights, constant calls, constant pressure. I was so focused on growing that I didn’t realize how reactive my life had become in the process.

Even when things started “working,” it still felt heavy behind the scenes.

The business was growing, but so was the stress. I had less time with my family, less balance, and honestly, very little structure supporting everything I was trying to build.

I remember hitting milestones I once prayed for… and still feeling overwhelmed.

That was a huge wake-up call for me.

Because I realized success doesn’t mean much if your business completely consumes you in the process.

So I started changing the way I operated.

I stopped trying to do everything myself and started building systems that created consistency, structure, and leverage inside the business. And that's how I created sustainable growth.

Today, our business closes 160+ deals a year and holds a significant share of our market. But the thing I’m most proud of isn’t just the numbers.

It’s the freedom.

The ability to be present with my family. The ability to lead with more clarity instead of constantly operating in survival mode.

And honestly, that journey is exactly why I decided to start teaching other agents.

Because I know how many people in this industry are quietly struggling behind the scenes. They’re ambitious. Hardworking. Capable. But they’re exhausted.

Nobody really teaches agents how to build a business that scales sustainably. Most people are just told to hustle harder and keep pushing.

But after years of building this business, making mistakes, learning lessons the hard way, and figuring out what actually works, I realized I didn’t want to keep those lessons to myself.

I wanted to help other agents shorten the learning curve. That’s why I started building the LFG ecosystem, sharing resources I wish I had earlier in my career.

Because I truly believe you can build something successful without sacrificing your entire life in the process.
